These terms apply to your use of printifyqatar.com and to the printing, design and advertising services provided by Printify Advertising & Printing (“Printify”, “we”). By using the website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the specifications you give us and are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once you accept the quote, approve the final proof and pay any deposit we require. Changes to quantities, materials or specifications may change the price.
2. Artwork and proofs
Before production we will send you a proof wherever practical. Please check it carefully, including spelling, contact details, layout and sizes. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that appear in it. Files you supply should be print-ready; we may charge for preparing or correcting artwork.
3. Colour and materials
Colours can look different on screen than in print, and may vary slightly between materials, finishes and print runs. Small variations of this kind are normal in printing and are not considered defects.
4. Your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images, text and other material you send us, and that printing it will not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. We may refuse work we consider unlawful, offensive or misleading.
5. Designs we create
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, design work we create for you remains our property until it has been paid for in full. Once paid, you may use the final approved designs for their intended purpose. Working files and drafts remain ours unless we agree to hand them over.
6. Payment
Prices and payment terms are as stated on your quote or invoice. We may require a deposit before starting work, and we may hold delivery until payment is complete.
7. Production and delivery
We do our best to meet the turnaround times we give you, but they are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, changes to the order, supplier or courier delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Changes and cancellations
If you change or cancel an order after production has started, you may be charged for work already completed and materials already purchased.
9. Defects and claims
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and tell us promptly about any defect or shortfall. If we are responsible for a fault, we will reprint the affected items or refund their cost, at our choice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the State of Qatar.
11. Showcasing our work
We may show completed work in our portfolio, on this website and on our social media. If you would prefer that we do not show your project, just let us know in writing.
12. Use of this website
The content of this website, including text, images and designs, belongs to Printify or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on the website is for general purposes and may change without notice.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Qatar.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
