Printify Advertising & Printing is a printing and advertising studio located at Al Maahed St, Zone 40, Villa 116, Doha, Qatar. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We only collect information you choose to share with us, plus limited technical data needed to run the website:

• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact form, call or email us, or message us on WhatsApp or social media.
• Orders: the details needed to quote, produce and deliver your order, such as your company name, artwork and files, delivery address and billing information.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website securely.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• reply to your enquiries and prepare quotes;
• produce, deliver and invoice your orders;
• keep the website secure and working properly;
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Messages sent through WhatsApp

Our contact form does not store your message on our website. When you submit it, your details open as a pre-filled message in WhatsApp, and the message is only sent if you choose to send it. WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages you send through it.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to serve you — for example with delivery couriers, payment providers and our website hosting provider — or when required by law or by a competent authority in Qatar.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The website stores a few preferences on your device: a cookie that remembers your language, and local storage entries that remember your light or dark theme and whether you have closed the welcome message.
